How It Works
Our simple and free 60 second loan and mortgage application lets you quickly and easily provide us with the information we need to offer you financing options.
The first step is to approach us filling in the request online. We will then contact you to “diagnose” your situation and determine the best course of action. The next step is the pre-approval in which a formal application and supporting documents are submitted and reviewed. Finally, in the approval stage, financing is formally processed and the details of the loan or mortgage contract are finalized.
During the initial discussion /discovery call we discuss your financial situation, the loan amount you can likely qualify for, and advise you of any issues. This step helps you clarify your situation and sets you up with an action plan and the confidence to move forward.
During the pre-approval we review your application and supporting documentation, check your credit report, and then confirm the best product for your situation.
During the approval the loan or mortgage contract is finalized with your lawyer and funds are transferred.
